2. Nature of Product

Inksloom offers custom-printed apparel based on text, slogans, or design ideas submitted by customers. Each product is made-to-order.

Once an order is confirmed, it enters production immediately.

3. Custom Content

By submitting text, slogans, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use the content.

No copyright/TM material
No offensive/illegal content
Right to reject orders

4. Order Confirmation

Orders confirmed only after payment. No modifications/cancellations accepted.

5. Pricing

All prices in INR. GST included at checkout. Prices may change without notice.

6. Production

Standard time 3-5 days. Delivery 5-8 days within India. Logistics delays apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Logos, visuals, and taglines are Inksloom property. No unauthorized reuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
